I said to God one day, “Lord, I’m crying and I don’t even know why! To which He replied, It’s the oil, dear. Your tears have oil. Each tear you cry I collect because I know you and am familiar with your deepest sorrows. Your tears are precious to me, and I am producing an oil that is for you… my anointing mixed in your tears, purifies you and clarifies your purpose.
Consider the Olive oil. Does not the olive have to be pressed with great pressure so that the oil comes out of it? You are an Olive who’s being pressed. And the tears you cry are the precious oil that will be poured out in the Fullness of time.
When the bottle of oil I’m preparing is full, opportunity will come knocking.
When you least expect it the oil will flow with little effort from you.
Remember, my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
So cry, my beloved, let the tears flow, joy comes in the morning after weeping in the night.
You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book? – Psalm 56:8
Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! -Psalm 126:5
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death. -2 Corinthians 7:10
